Plants specified as potted may be shipped from May 5th - May 14th. All other varieties listed will be shipped in September. True species iris, and the many hybrids from them, have become a major feature in the garden of The Iris Gallery. Their special flowers are always enjoyed from the I. unguicularis, that blooms from November through March, to others that bloom to the end of June. Their foliage is either evergreen or lasts late into the fall. Some need a little extra care, or water, but are well worth the effort put into them.
